Greyson, I assume from the keywords you mean to create a YouTube channel, and the hangouts part is about Hangouts on Air recordings that will be saved to that channel?

Yes, I consider very important even to show that Fedora can do. At first the idea is to make the publications on YouTube and not even thought to another platform. Suggestions are welcome in this case.

My biggest question here is "why wouldn't this just be a playlist on the main fedora yt channel?" Is there value to separating the communities? Why wouldn't I, a US based guy, be interested in tips & tricks about fedora just because it was produced by a brazilian? (disregarding language issues).
