It's not that simple. This information should be omitted only if they
are the same as the initial report.
use-case:
There is a bug in some library and some user hit it using some
application and creates a ticket in BZ, then someone hits the same bug
with different application, tries to report it and abrt will just add
him to CC list hiding the information that the crash was in different
application...
