Cumin update for Fedora 16+

Hi folks,

The cumin-0.1.5522-2 rpms for F16+ are now available in the Fedora
testing repos.  This release contains many, many improvements since
cumin-0.1.5137-5 including security fixes.

If you would like to help move the package along through the testing repos 
and into an official update you can install it, test, and report your findings 
(see https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Updates_Testing and similar links)
