Hi
Thanks for your help. I tried filling access key and secret key from my Amazon account in username and password respectively. But the error still remains the same when I click save after filling details while adding pool. Error "ec2.amazonaws.com temporarily unavailable (execution expired)" Please help me out with this.
Thanks Hemendra

Hi
I tested mock driver without core, since using core was not mentioned in Readme. I was successful in setting up the framework and portal using mock driver. But when we tried the same using EC2 driver, I faced some problem and asked for help. Then I got a reply from David:- "You need to do the following: git clone git://git.fedorahosted.org/deltacloud/core.git cd core ./server/bin/deltacloudd ec2"
I tried the mentioned steps and was almost successful. I have successfully added cloud provider and pool inside that, but I am having problem creating instance inside pool. When I click on add instance it gave me only one box to fill the name of the instance but did not give flavors, realms and images, then I checked with the framework, it gave me error of right_aws file missing. I got that folder and file and copied the right_aws folder in lib under libexec in core and changed the path on right_aws file in ec2_driver.rb to "right_aws/lib/right_aws". After that when I tried running portal and tried creating instance it gave me a box to add name of instance and a dropdown of flavors. But still no dropdown for realms and images. When I checked in with framework, there are no realms under "Realms" link in that and also doesn't show any image under "Images" link. Note - I am using my AWS login userid and password while creating pool.
You shouldn't use your Amazon login for that - instead, go to [1] and make yourself an access key. You then use the Access Key ID as your username, and the Secret Access Key as your password.
