ACK, though with my usual response of 'where is the test?'. This should be a cucumber scenario. It could be as simple as verifying that the user is redirected to the list, and that the just-deleted provider is no longer shown. Not related to your patch, but that javascript alert of 'do you really want to delete provider' is icky.
