[deltacloud-devel] Question about sending a patch

I have written a python binding for deltacloud client. Do I create a git 
patch and send it to the list? What is the procedure?

On a similar note, I wanted to compare results of my client with 
deltacloud's ruby-client.  'deltacloudc --help' asks me to export an 
environment variable 
API_URL=http://%5Buser%5D:%5Bpassword%5D@%5Bapi_url%5D%5Bport%5D%5B/uri]

Does it handle special characters like @ and / within user and 
password?  I keep getting wrong URI errors especially when using Amazon 
EC2 secret keys.
