What I meant to ask is if there was discussion on putting some kind of CPU speed "score" in a Flavor ? (not that I have seen cloud providers that give you a choice independent of memory/disk ?).

Having looked at a few cloud providers I haven't seen much ability to choose CPU horsepower.
It's probably a maturity issue, and I cam imagine it changing in the future (if not to do with speed then perhaps the number of cores available). In any case, having looked into it, it's probably premature for us to worry about it now I think.
