I have this issue on Fedora 29 as well.
Installing python-pillow-qt seems to fix the dependencies.
However, it links to lcms2 *i686* when WINE is installed (as it needs the
32-bit version). So, as it's all compiled now, it's a choice between a 64-bit
stack with Swatchbooker or a mixed 64-bit/32-bit stack with WINE. (Something
needs to be recompiled — either Swatchbooker and/or Python-Pillow-Qt.)

Actually I'll close it NOTABUG as I don't think beignet should be installed if
the IGP can't be found.

This is essentially a z97/Haswell system with a Radeon RX 560 GPU. The Intel
IGP is disabled in the BIOS, so that may be the issue.
