Product: Fedora

Target Milestone: ---
Classification: Fedora
When running Blender on Fedora Workstation 43(GNOME, Wayland), the Preferences
window does not open and all menus starting from the File menu are grayed out.
I test flatpak(flathub), occur the issue too. So the issue is not
rpm-specific. On Fluxbox(host) and Fedora KDE Edition(gnome-boxes), the menus
work correctly.
This suggests the problem is related to the GNOME Wayland session rather than
Blender itself.
Version-Release number of selected component:
blender-4.5.3-1.fc43.x86_64
xdg-desktop-portal-gnome-49.0-1.fc43.x86_64
xdg-desktop-portal-gtk-1.15.3-2.fc43.x86_64
xdg-desktop-portal-1.20.3-2.fc43.x86_64
Some Environments are in Additional Information
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Blender from Fedora RPM packages or Install blender from flatpak
install com.blender.Blender
2.Run Blender
3.Try to open Preferences or any menu starting from the File menu.
Actual Results:
The Preferences window does not open.
All menus starting from the File menu are grayed out.
Expected Results:
The Preferences window should open normally.
Menus should be accessible as expected.
