With Intel Level Zero now available in the Fedora repositories, I think the
version of Blender shipped with Fedora should be compiled with Cycles oneAPI
support for Intel GPUs enabled, currently only CUDA and HIP are enabled

Target Milestone: ---
Classification: Fedora
This is likely the same bug as described in the Void Linux bugtracker below,
possibly related to Git Submodules not being fetched in the source release
tarball.
This issue probably exists for all Fedora releases that have upgraded to
Blender 4.3
https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/53648
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Blender from Fedora repository.
2. Open application and navigate to sculpting in workspace.
3. Verify the asset drawer is missing the default sculpting assets.
Actual Results:
On a clean installation, there will be no sculpting brushes in the drawer at
the bottom of the screen. See linked Void Linux issue.
Expected Results:
Default Blender brushes should be included, from the missing assets folder. See
linked Void Linux issue.

Summary: blender-rpm-macros doesn't set blender_api

Classification: Fedora
The macros.blender file has a '@VERSION@' placeholder where a number such as
'4.3' is expected (so these macros are not usable in a .spec file):
# cat /usr/lib/rpm/macros.d/macros.blender
%blender_api @VERSION@
%blender_datadir %{_datadir}/blender/%{blender_api}
%blender_libdir %{_libdir}/blender/%{blender_api}
%blender_extensions %{blender_datadir}/scripts/addons_core
%blender_modules %{blender_datadir}/scripts/modules
%blender_preset %{blender_datadir}/scripts/presets
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
# rpm --eval '%{blender_api}'
@VERSION@
# rpm --eval '%{blender_datadir}'
/usr/share/blender/@VERSION@
Actual Results:
results contain '@VERSION@'
Expected Results:
results should contain '4.3' instead of '@VERSION@'
