I was able to reproduce the issue with a Ryzen 9 5900X CPU and Radeon 6950XT
GPU on both upstream Blender and this package. Upstream uses pre-built HIP from
possibly 5.7
(https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/src/commit/ed8872218756ce38e7e8...).
It will be best to work with rocclr maintainers as I am unable to fully debug
the bug.
