Description of problem:

Unable to install blender in fedora rawhide(28). libOpenImageIO package is not
present in fedora rawhide.

Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libOpenImageIO.so.1.7()(64bit) needed by
blender-1:2.79-1.fc28.x86_64

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): blender-2.79

Thanks for reporting the bug. Currently at this the fix cannot be released due
to a failure from the building system. Once resolved, rawhide version of
blender will be released.
