we're in the process of streamlining the Packagedb https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/ to only show the information about package acls (getting rid of all the information about the applications and builds -- that's moving into https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/ ).
We'd love to have someone work with us to improve the interface at this time. In particular, this page: http://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/name/python which is the primary page that package maintainers use to assign ownership of packages.
