opening this one up due to inactivity. some notes for the next assignee:
- i can't find the original source file for this design. (may be on the wiki somewhere? i'll sepnd a little time today digging but am not hopefully, we've already looked.)
- i think the map is from a world map on openclipart.org
- you'll need to find a worldmap on openclipart.org then size it the same as the fedoracommunity.org map and color it with the corrections to geopolitical boundaries noted.
