It would be great to provide such banners in coordination with Marketing team.
There is also a question if Design team thinks it should be blocker (providing a new artwork or removing at least hal one) or Freeze Exception to provide new artwork would be enough.

Btw. all banners are currently English only and for the future (does not make sense for F19 so late) releases we would need to think about some way of translation of these banners. Currently banners are shown only in English installation.

Note we are on a very short time scale here. This *really* should've been properly planned and implemented like two months ago, we should not be fiddling with it now.
Final Go/No-Go is 06-27; we have 8 days. We really don't want to be fiddling around building a new RC on 06-26 just for some artwork changes. So whatever you plan to do here, please do it and build a new package fast.
We agreed at today's blocker review meeting that this issue is a release blocking issue - at a minimum, the HAL banner is inappropriate and *must* be removed before release. It would be fine to just nuke the whole banner thing as a bad job and go back to it for F20, if you wanted to go that far. It'd also be okay to take out HAL and add some more appropriate banners if you want to go that way. But at a minimum, HAL must die soon.

Thanks for the retroactive heads up, mate. If we knew about this two months ago, it would be done already. The bug that this ticket is a response to was only filed 4 days ago, and there is already a new fedora- logos package built with the HAL banner removed.

Luckily, this is merely content, not software. So it is easy to change, and luckily for you, easy to test.
