The simple request is for the graphics packet with the Fedora Council sub- logo.
It would also be nice to have something more evocative to use in Fedora Magazine and possibly in other Fedora materials. (Election stuff, Flock/FUDCon handouts, etc.)
I have a vague idea about some sort of representation of people around a round table, possibly but not necessarily with the people in Fedora colors.

Ryan did a quick general "Fedora Governance" graphic based on the round table idea — see http://fedoramagazine.org/fedora-governance-proposal- approved/
I like it, and would be happy with something similar saying "Fedora Council".

Also, I think we'll probably want some council-related badges in the future, so maybe nice to think about that now. I'm thinking we may want something less formal feeling which fits better with the awesome crazy animal style we have for a lot of the badges -- although the round table idea does fit nicely with the current FPL badge.

aesthetically this graphic is nice kapoulas, but it has a number of issues:
- doesn't match other fedora team logos (see the 'Fedora Groups' template here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Logo/UsageGuidelines#Fedora_Sub- Logos:_Standard_uses_of_the_Fedora_Logo_with_other_elements)
- looks a bit too close to the old ubuntu logo
- appears to depict only men :-/

So, the package contains a set of logos based on the official groups design, in different sizes. Hope it fits your request, if you need some other versions just ask!
As for regarding kapoulas' proposals, I agree that Fc2.png could work fine in a badge design. Maybe I'd add a white stroke to help the chairs stand out and not melt with the table.
