Still need help on the Games Spin Screenshots :)

Hi folks,
So we still have a few screenshots left for the Games Spin. I was
wondering if anyone is interested in helping fill the gaps - we are very
close to full coverage.
Here's what we need, please claim a letter if you're interested in
helping out!
1) P (11) - (Pachi El Marciano, Emilia Pinball, Pingu, Pioneers, Pipe
Night Dreams, Pipe Panic, Planets, Poker 2D, Power Manga, PyChess,
PySolFC)
2) R (4) - (Raid 'em, Ri-Li, Rocks 'N Diamonds, Rogue)
3) S (10) - (Scorched 3D, Scorch Went Bonkers, Seahorse Adventures,
Shippy, SolarWolf, Sopwith, Stellarium, Stormbaan Coureur, SuperTux,
SuperTux Kart)
Some guidelines:
* The images should be 300px x 225 px
* The image should include a screenshot and put a logo in it too.
* If the game doesn't have a logo, make a simple one for it and put it
in the image.
* You don't need to run the game to obtain the screenshot. Many of the
games have screenshots posted on their homepages that you can use.
Other missing images that I think Hisham is going to cover:

Finished first wallpaper...now what?

Ok guys. I've been working hard and finally finished my first wallpaper
for Fedora. Because I am new to this team, I don't know where to post
it! It most likely is a simple answer, but I don't want to post it to
photobucket and have it stolen or something only to find out there is a
place where I'm supposed to put it. ^^

Fedora-tour: A Fedora Feature for new users

Hello Design Team,
Ankur Sinha (fas username ankursinha, cc'd) and I have recently embarked on a
new project that is set, at the moment, to be included as a Fedora 14, or
possibly Fedora 13 feature, designed to give new and old users a tour of the
Fedora Project, Fedora Linux and their recently installed software. It would
add an option to the last form of Firstboot with the option to start this at
first login, serving as an equivalent to Windows' "Welcome Center" (I don't
have any pictures of this, unfortunately, for reference) and basically just
introduce Fedora users to their new desktop, and the project as a whole,
including ways to contribute, if they are interested. Naturally, such a
project will take the involvement of many teams, including the Design
team.
What Ankur and I were considering was to implement a visual introduction to
the application, with a tree (like, an actual tree with branches, etc) where
each leaf is a separate "part" of Fedora (General Overview, FAQ, Getting Help,
GNOME overview, KDE overview, LXDE overview, Development Tools, Joining Fedora
etc) all installable as separate packages, pulled in, most likely, by
installing packages from that Group in anaconda.
Such a project, of course, treads a fine line between the application
programming and designing, and having such an application, which could
possibly be presented as the first thing new Fedora users see, look and fit
with Fedora is very important. Ankur's (imo) awesome idea for the interactive
tree, where each leaf is an icon for that SIG/Piece of Fedora leading
introduces a few design questions which must be addressed.
How does the Design team feel about such a User interface? Does it fit with
the feel of Fedora/ We will probably have UI mockups by the end up this week.
How well would such an application work from an accessibility point of view

joining the team

Hello. I have recently started using Fedora 12, and I thought to myself,
"WOW!". This distro really impressed me. I have used linux for a long time,
and this is one of the best distros i've seen in a long time. I really have
thought about helping a distro, and i realized that programming applications
isn't my thing (web design is though ^^). I started messing around with GIMP
and I got really good at it. What I really enjoyed doing was making
wallpapers. I am willing to do other things though, and I'm ok with
constructive criticism. If you think I could be of help, just tell me.

Fedora Remix Logo Guidelines

Hi (*puts Sugar Labs hat on*),
I'm currently preparing the next release of the F12-based Sugar on a
Stick, which is guideline-wise a remix. I've been drafting up some docs
and was thinking of using the Fedora Remix logo. I know that one usually
doesn't need to ask for permission to do so, but in this case, I was
wondering whether it would be possible to use a different color than the
ones listed here [1].
What we'd need is an entirely gray logo - at least that would fit best.
Is this already covered by the "1-color treatment suggestions" or what's
the way to follow for this?
