Actually I have already accepted it :P I think I am going to make a fancy
"ZIF" font instead of a picture or design.

Hello, I'm Justin(AKA blix)
I'm new to the contributing scene but I'm looking forward to helping others
with projects and designing my own.
I am experienced with PS and Gimp. I mostly do abstract/realistic-abstract
wallpapers for personal use, but I am learning and would love to learn more
about designing logos and icons. That being said, are there any projects
that I can help with?
It has been great plesure for me to be in the design team.I am great fan of
fedora since f10 due to the rock hard stable.
Let me put up some suggestion for the design team.
Fedora 15: It looks awsome but more tweaks to be done and make sure that we
stand on the race with ubuntu and upcoming gnome os itself.
Things to be done:
Reduce the icons in the gnome shell.
Instead of avaita default gnome theme we should create our own theme more
glossy and transparent.
scroll bar option should be left to the user. its too big for netbooks. lets
we can include overlay scroll bar. and provide some tweak tool for replacing
back if needed by user.
packing the office tool . atleast abiword can make some sense to the users.
notification theme used in the fedora is too worse for small nettops. it can
be make some sense by creating new notification. while inceasing the volume
the combination of black and white sucks. lets make it black and blue.which
makes some senses in the fedora 17.
the volume control in the kde is great. but in gnome doesnt make sense.
Thanks and Regard
I posted here a while asking for help with Ask Fedora. This is just a
status update and reminder
Default CSS is changing quite a bit by the next upstream release so I
don't need CSS help for now but would really would like to put up a Logo
and mascot for this project. Since I posted the first time, the
project has progressed ahead and we now have a staging instance at
I have put up a temporary logo to show you the size. We already have a
mascot proposal at
and I personally like it but if you have comments or feedback on that or
a alternative proposal. I welcome it too. For Ask Fedora, we have
resolved all major outstanding issues and I am planning to do a soft
launch within two weeks and a production launch in sync with Fedora
Isn't a secret that I was a bit too hard in the last design meeting, even
so... try to help with the rest of the task I had seems not an option if
even when I ask for sorry this wherent accepted.
The best choice I have is to leave the team, at least for a while. This
discussions has become into a pointless "I'm better" that I really don't
want to have.
Mizmo you have been a terrific teacher, if I said something inapropiated I'm
sorry, but as humans we all make mistakes, this is my way to repair mine of
being too honest.
Rest of the team, I will try to keep helping with what I can, but I really
consider that I'm being push to say things I don't want to, so the best
thing to do is give me a break of this completely childish discussions.
See ya all at #fedora-social if have something to add

We'd discussed some early FUDcon Blacksburg comps a week or two ago in
IRC. This is what we came up with the address the feather / Native
American headdress concern you had; it's a more abstract motif that
mimics the lines in the Fedora logo and has a nice geometric kind of
look (since it's a technical event, geometrical is nice nod to that
With your approval we can complete other various tasks such as T-shirt
and poster design, so we really appreciate your feedback/concerns and
your letting us know if we can go forward with this design or not.

The back logo of is the most clear one and has best contrast to the
