Starting a Fedora Badges Workshop
by Justin W. Flory
Hello all,
In the CommOps meetings for the past couple weeks, we've been throwing
around the idea of having a Badges workshop where CommOps and the Design
team can meet together. This also fits into some of the discussion about
Fedora Hubs as of recently too.
In the workshop, we would try to work through any important badges that
need to be created or defined, talk about strategy for creating badges,
and maybe triage existing badge tickets. It could also specialize in
specific topics for Badges based on other needs too.
I put together a WhenIsGood poll to help find times that work for anyone
that is interested in contributing or attending such a workshop. If
you're interested, please fill out the times that work best for you below!

Thanks!

Meeting times
by Máirín Duffy
So last meeting we decided to keep the meeting times as
Tuesdays 21:00 UTC / 17:00 Eastern US
alternating with
Wednesdays 11:00 UTC / 07:00 Eastern US
Nobody showed up for the Tuesday meeting today... so I am wondering, can
folks make Thursday at 14:00 UTC / 10:00 AM ET? That was the second most
popular time slot in the whenisgood for the meeting.

Translators?
by Máirín Duffy
Hi folks,
Sorry for the off-topic post, but I was wondering if anybody here is
also a translator and could help me out with something?
Thanks,

Design Team Meeting Times
by Máirín Duffy
Hi folks,
So our whenisgood results are very split! mleonova and I were talking
about it in IRC and were thinking maybe two meeting times, rotating
every other week, would work.
This is what I'd suggest:
---
Week 1
Tuesdays, 2100 UTC / 5 PM EDT
Week 2
Wednesdays, 1100 UTC / 7 AM EDT
Week 3 - tuesday time
Week 4 - Wednesday time
Rinse + Repeat
---
So we'd go back to weekly meetings, but for most team members it'd still
be every other. I picked the 2 times that put together the widest number
of ppl. What do you think?
