Nicu, I don't think it's a good idea to use Serif-fonts and roman numbers in a banner - it doesn't look good or slick. Fedora should be a modern, slick and nice distribution - also when we use our "roman"-like theme :)

i wasn't happy with the typography in Charlie's otherwise excellent graphic so I made a revision, I hope it's ok
I pushed Charlie into using serif fonts and Roman numerals for a more "antique" look but the text in your version is more readable.
Plus, thanks to it being shorter than the usual Alpha banner text ("Can't stand the wait? Fedora 12 Alpha, now available =>") it much better occupies the space :-)
