Welcome to Fedora Project.
Inkscape is quite easy to get into, so read a few tutorials and just work on
something you like :) You are very welcome to join the Echo Perspective
team, we try to make a new icon theme which is modern, vibrant and fresh :)

Thank you. I had expected that work where I take care to execute with good
draftsmanship would be more valuable to this project than some of the
experimental stuff or general "messing around" drawings. From what I've
seen in the wiki about icons, standardization and cleanliness of
presentation are the threshold norm. I think I will need to do some
Inkscape tutorials to make sure I know what I am doing in vector. I'll go
and look at your linked works when I get a chance. The work-a-day world is
kind of intrusive at the moment. Cheers.
