[Design-team] Where do we store and archive competed image requests?

Hi all,

Just jumped back into doing a ticket:

and on completion, realised that i had no idea where to actually place
my completed work.

Is there an SVN repo or similar? is there a wiki page i could not find
with the procedure on it?
