Yes, I had the same thing. Tried the one from the download and that one didn't have accents either.
On my machine it first said (and says) version "1.1-5".

Their downloadable ZIPs do not have versioning so is not easy to check
but I put he TTFs in my .fonts and checked: the coverage is still poor.
