yeah I installed the fonts, and they showed up I have a new page with the words fedoraproject.org in the comfortaa but i dont know what to do after that. I dont know how to save it so it is a transparent background so it is just the text that shows

This tutorial should help you get up to speed on working with the text
tool in Inkscape:

Make sure you install Comfortaa before opening up Inkcsape, otherwise
it won't show up in the font dropdown.
