and interested in designing the fedora31 release party poster (Issue #664).
Can I work on other issues without outreachy-2020 tags?

I am not an official member of the Design Team. But I think it is best
to start with issues tagged with outreachy-2020 first, since those were
selected specifically for new contributors.

If you see a ticket without the outreachy-2020 tag, you can leave a
comment in the Pagure ticket and ask for more information, or if it is
something a new contributor could help with. :)

I think the reason the F31 release party poster may have not been tagged 
outreachy-2020 is that Fedora 31 was already released. However, Fedora 
33 is coming up so you could create a release party poster for that. I 
made a new outreachy-2020 tagged issue for that:
