Design Team Meeting Summary: 3 Nov 2016

We talked about a few things:

- From here on forward we'll comment and work on tickets in our new pagure.io instance (http://pagure.io/design)
- Pagure has a 4 MB limit for ticket attachments/uploads. I'm going to open an infra ticket to have that upped for us.
- We should update our wiki page to point to pagure instead of trac.
- We triaged a few tickets. We currently have no untriaged tickets in the system now!
