You mean waste a load of development time and effort to port it to another
technology for no good reason, dividing the user base in the process and
causing a lot of inconvenience for everyone? I for one hope that silly stuff
doesn't happen and we can concentrate in getting at least one FaiF
implementation of Dropbox that works as well as the original...

I loved the idea. Currently I use the Dropbox and is very useful for me to manage my work files and laptop!

Anyone have any luck getting this to work?

I built it, and it seems to run okay, but running into issues actually
connecting to the design-team's GIT repo, (with sparkleshare that is,
normal git clone works perfectly,)

Okies, I have got sparkleshare to work (kind of) on the design-team
repo. However, i can only connect anonomusly (with the link
git://git.fedorahosted.org/git/design-team.git ) when i try to connect
using ssh://[e-mail]/git/design-team.git, it
fails. So i can view the repo with sparkleshare, but commiting changes
won't work.

anyone else have any luck getting it to work?
