Hard to tell, I know I've brought it up before but didn't put a lot of emphasis on it.

ffmpeg requirement might a blocker for Fedora repository unless someone can build it by removing it. Meanwhile the site has already a rpm package so a potential upstream maintainer seems to be possible.

ffmpeg requirement might a blocker for Fedora repository unless someone
it can be built without ffmpeg https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=428568
but the problem that it kept crashing on my PC
some one gave me an rpm with all deps library included in it, that one did not crash.
I wonder what was the problem, I'm still puzzled
maybe I would retry it in F11

Which architecture did you use for testing? I am currently trying upstream version on my LT20 (Pentium M) and will try on my x86_64 desktop. Apparently, the traceback occurs on x86_64.

Could you send me the x86 built package? I don't have access to my desktop and my notebook is slow to rebuild (Pentium M 1.5 Ghz).
I have tested upstream version which is fine.

if you mean this the one advertised here http://synfig.org/Download
http://download.tuxfamily.org/morevna/morevnapackage/binaries/0.61.09/synfig...
or the svn one on this blog
in this blog you can find the one with all libs http://zelgadis.profusehost.net/blog/2009/03/24/synfig-06109-svn-2354/
http://download.tuxfamily.org/morevna/morevnapackage/binaries/synfigstudio-0...
then this is the one I said to have all deps included just notice the output of rpm -qlp file.rpm it includes gtk+ and imagemagick and many other libraries
--- I wonder where did the reviewed .spec had gone

I mean the spec version used for reviewing in Fedora. Thanks,
