Workstation WG meeting date changes

Hi,

To make our August meetings more convenient for working group members 
to attend, we have approved a change to move all future meetings up by 
one week. The new meeting schedule is:

Aug 05 - Christian Schaller (next week)
Aug 19 - Owen Taylor
Sep 2 - Langdon White
Sep 16 - chair TBD
Sep 30 - chair TBD

etc.

Meet time remains unchanged, 9:00 EDT on every second Monday. We're 
just swapping the set of Mondays that we'll meet on.
