adding 'systemd.unit=multi-user.target' (*) to the kernel command actually
happens before you get to the gdm screen - it happens at an early stage
before the Fedora kernel is even loaded. See:

Owen
(*) for historical, but rather convenient reasons, you can just add '3' to
the kernel command line rather than that, and it will mean the same thing.

Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply. Well, I don't know how can I get to type
anything if keyboard is not responding (in live session). About Xorg and
Wayland... I installed F25 and upgraded to F26. In 25 the cursor works
fine but on 26 has glimpses. On both, Xorg and Wayland. I didn't try to
upgrade to F27 but I suspect it will get worse. Also, to see if it's
desktop related, I installed XFCE and has the same issues, although it
works overall better than Gnome.
I can try to boot from an older kernel and see if there's any difference.

Silvia
