Won't be at Workstation WG meeting

I'll be on PTO on Monday June 4 and won't make the Workstation WG
meeting.  According to the schedule, Owen Taylor is on deck to chair
that day.  Owen, to start the meeting you can use these commands:

#startmeeting Workstation WG
#meetingname workstation

Along those same lines... please generously make use of #idea,
#agreed, #info, and #action to provide useful minutes.  A long IRC
discussion without minutes that keep other people informed might as
