The term "module" here means yum/rpm-md repo right? In that case, sure.
But I think "AtomicWS" shouldn't be considered derived at a binary or
specification (i.e. rpm-ostree treefile)
level from Atomic Host because the latter contains a bunch of server stuff
such as ceph that doesn't make sense to be installed by default.
(Well, except for the fact that libvirt currently drags in the entire world of storage)
Another case is we're carrying duplicated etcd/kubernetes
that won't be useful with `oc cluster up`.
