I assume this requires a newer NetworkManager, and such update in Fedora 20 would be against the stable updates policy https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Updates_Policy

You'll have to upgrade to Fedora 21 if you want to use this feature.

I doubt that's possible (it would be a security issue if that was possible).

Fedora 21 Alpha was not released yet. It works okay here, but don't take my word on it.

Also I think you picked the wrong list, this doesn't seem to be a desktop/workstation thing and more of a Server or Base thing.
