Sorry for sending this agenda notice late.  We have a couple items to
discuss as far as I can tell:

* Utilities folder entries -- who is creating downstream patch(es)?

* Re: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1266569 -- user
  agent issue -- what if anything do we need to notify users about
  here?  (Preferably this should go in release notes)
