actively trying to undermine Fedora: not allow new technologies in that

As the person who proposed inclusion of gamemode in Workstation, I was the
first one to note that it would be great if somebody with good technical
expertise could analyze the package to make sure it doesn't introduce any
problems in our distro. I'm not concerned about the ability to change cpu
governors and such, I have a good idea what that means I believe, but I
can't really speak for the way it's implemented (systemd services, dbus
api, policykit configs, etc). Owen Taylor did some of that during the
meeting, but I don't know whether it was enough or not.
