if im right about the question, the New UI or GUI wont happen till 3.25.90
. they may also be waiting on NetworkManager 2 Beta or 1.9.90 beta

That is correct. I saw the new Wi-Fi item on the old control-center. 
3.25.90 just came out and I will look forward it to try it out.
