request: adding NetworkManager-l2tp to comps.xml

I am maintainer of NetworkManager-l2tp package
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=878653.
I want to add this package to Gnome Desktop group in comps.xml.

CC'ing Dan Williams. Note that at this stage signficant changes to F18 may
not be appropriate.

I have no objection to adding it to comps whenever that's appropriate
based on F18's schedule.

OK, added to F19 comps.
