Install gnome-kra-ora-thumbnailer by default?

Hey,

This is a thumbnailer for Krita and MyPaint files:
http://www.hadess.net/2013/12/week-end-hacks-3.html

The dependencies are small and already in Workstation, and it's
packaged in Fedora. Opinions?

So this will provide thumbnails previews for ORA's and Krita files in 
Files (aka nautilus) -- if so this is amazing and awesome (+1 from me)

Looks like we do have an application discovery problem, the thumbnailer has
existed for 2 years already...

Added to the workstation-product group.
