ffwayland feature, screenshots animations screencasting

Regarding comment 4: this sounds like pretty basic functionality
(screenshots in particular) will not work with ffwayland until Fedora
31 anyway. Also, ffwayland feature depends on Firefox 66 now, which
isn't releasing until 19.March, and the  Beta Release (Preferred
Target)  Go/No-go is on 21.March.

Question is whether either of these is enough of a cause for concern
to just push the feature to Fedora 31?

Screenshot of whole screen works. What is missing is a screen of 
particular Wayland window. I didn't know about this feature until the 
bug was filed :)

ah, so basically this affects doing 'alt+printscreen' but not
'printscreen'?

Yes, printscreen itself works. 'alt+printscreen' bug affects all wayland 
apps which use subsurfaces, not only Firefox.
