Orphaned Gnote

Hi folks,

I haven't used Gnote in years so I've orphaned it now. Given that it's
updated with the Gnome packages, I don't do much to maintain it anyway,
and I'd like to stop getting bug reports about it. It already does have
jspaleta and gnome-sig as admins---could someone from the desktop team
please take over primary ownership too?

I'll reset the assignees in the bugs later but will check the "do not
send mail" box so you don't receive lots of notifications (unless you
want to receive them all? :D).
