We've had an emergency outage of the Koji build system. The load spiked and started taking all available connections to the dbserver which started failing other services. We've initiated an emergency reboot of the host.

The outage is over. I've attempted to resubmit some of the jobs that were active before the outage. However if I've missed a job, you can resubmit with "koji resubmit <taskid>".
