I've updated jsoncpp to v1.8.3 for Rawhide and fc27, which bumps the DSO
to libjsoncpp.so.19. No public symbols removed, just some added.
According to `dnf --releasever=rawhide repoquery --whatrequires
'libjsoncpp.so.11*'` I will (or need to) rebuild the following packages
during tonight:
### Single Builds
* cmake (twice, first "no gui" for bootstrap to unbreak circular deps
with Qt, second "gui enabled")
* kopete
* libjson-rpc-cpp
* minetest
* orthanc
* paraview
* passenger
* vfrnav
* vrpn
### Chain builds
vtk : engrid pcl : mrpt
The update to fc27 will get pushed, as soon as I finished rebuilding all
named packages.
