Working on the Node.js documentation right now.
I currently haven't tested any of the bundling with javascript
(js-...) packages. So I am not confident in writing documentation for
them.
It looks like there is only 20 left in Fedora. I am thinking of
putting them in on our exceptions list, along with binary nodejs
libraries. So we would get to them at a future time.

The Node.js packaging Guidelines have a pull request for their update.

I did not touch the Javascript documentation.
I took another look at the 20 javascript packages. Only two of them
come from nodejs- libraries.
Both of those two look like we can remove the nodejs- runtime package
(server side javascript) and leave the js- runtime package (browser
side javascript).
