Adding that line by hand is surely trivial, and a %changelog that just
records automatically generated (probably trivial) events isn't any real
use IMHO. Perhaps make rpmlint complain if there is no entry for the
version at hand?
It already does, with no-version-in-last-changelog or
incoherent-version-in-changelog depending on the case.
For some reason unknown to me it did not do those checks for source rpms, but
I've just changed that in upstream svn.
