major init system change, whenever it was, I wasn't around.
You actually guessed the correct number. Upstart was introduced in Fedora 9
(Fedora 8 used the old SysVInit), so exactly the "last five releases" at
Fedora 14's release time, i.e. Fedora 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13, were using it.
