I'm glad you agree that your own argumentation is flawed, since it's based entirely on fictional statistics :)

Since you not only presented no proof or numbers whatsoever to support your claims like:
 - "at least 2000 users are affected by the slow download time"
 - "a few percent increase or decrease in download  time mean hours of difference in download time for those users"
but also admitted to having no way of knowing.

I respect your opinions, but please stop presenting it as facts, or implying that your opinions are based on hard data, when you have none to back your claims.

I'd be more than happy to see your numbers, and be corrected.
