There is a Mass Branching scheduled for next Tuesday, that is on Aug 13th 2019. There were some modules that are stuck in rawhide that shouldn't be there, please create a ticket in https://pagure.io/releng with the list of module builds that shouldn't be there and we will remove them from rawhide and will not be branched.
