At the least it seems reasonable they can be disabled on the installed
system, and enabled for Live OS boot if the installer needs them.
I mean, it could be as easy that these services remain off, but the
installer does a "systemctl enable --now …" on them as soon as it
notices it needs them. That way the livesys and the host installed
version can be 100% identical, if that's what people want.
