[This is mainly a note-to-self so I know what the problems
are next time]

I may have caused you a problem with the ocaml-ounit update I
requested. Now we have ocaml-ounit requiring ocaml-dune to build, and
ocaml-dune requiring ocaml-ounit to run its tests. I guess ocaml-dune
will need a bootstrap mode where it does not run its tests.
There's another circular dependency caused by ocaml-ounit. I thought
it was ocaml-ounit <-> ocaml-lwt, and I made the ocaml-ounit-lwt
subpackage optional. However that still doesn't solve the issue.
The main thing for me is I need to improve goals so it can clearly
show circular dependencies, and also so that controlled cuts can be
made in the dependency graph.
