RPM specfile changelogs are often of interest to systems
administrators. I'd love to get the bodhi info to always include
everything that would be useful in that way, but in practice it's
really not so.

Also, non Fedora repositories do not publish update info, as there is no tool I'm aware of that lets you make it without Bodhi.

If for nothing else, change logs are all we have for them.
